Op. Dr. Hasan Kara is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon based in Istanbul. His practice focuses on facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty and breast surgery, with an emphasis on natural, balanced results.
Born and raised in Antalya, Dr. Hasan Kara was awarded the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship early in his education, studying for a year in Washington, D.C. He then completed his medical degree at Acıbadem University School of Medicine (English Program) on a full scholarship and achieved a top-ranking score in the Turkish Medical Specialty Exam (TUS).
He completed his residency in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul Medipol University, developing a strong focus on facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty and breast surgery, with a residency thesis on rhinoplasty. In parallel, he pursued a PhD in Anatomy, working extensively on cadaveric dissections to advance his surgical anatomy expertise.
He completed an advanced microsurgery program organized by RMCD, performing free flap dissections and transfers. Since 2018, he has regularly attended national and international scientific congresses, continuously refining his surgical approach through diverse techniques and global perspectives.
